Positive Thoughts Create Positive Results I suggest that keeping a journal is essential to understanding your emotions. If you write down everything you are thinking or feeling without censoring it. You can gain an insight into what is genuinely bothering you. Whether it is a known fear or an anxiety you cannot name. With this process of de-layering it enables you to select the Bach flower essence relevant to that negative emotion. Enlightening you to health & healing. I wish to share with you this new site where the message of self journaling is repeated and is fun for children. A journal for kids aged 6-12 to promote happiness, develop positive habits and nurture enquiring minds. Mary Murray BFRP The Bach Method

The list on the list below is a highlight of the negative emotions, that I hope might help anyone struggling through the next few weeks to identify with that symptom of stress or anxiety associated with exams. Exam Stress: Signs of Emotional Negativity All students if they are honest will admit that finding their mind ends up with thoughts whirring round and round, particularly at night causing sleep problems before exams. When you feel you are the kind of person who might want to drink too much or take drugs when you are under stress in order to dull the feelings and escape. You are someone who lacks confidence in their own judgement or perhaps even distrusts their own convictions/abilities. In an exam if you are doubting your knowledge even though you know you have studied enough for it. If you find yourself seeking too much advice and confirmation from others. Should you be the person who gets severe exam panic! If you suddenly feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of it all. Should you feel like you have no self- confidence. Feel you are plodding on from overwork and tiredness under great strain Are you being over-conscientious with your studying? Usually, never content with your achievements and over work themselves. A student that is tense, hyper-anxiety if you are pushing yourself too hard and causing yourself stress headaches. Bach to the Rescue Remain calm and relax during the exams. Avoid losing courage when an exam did not go well. Keep believing in your own capability. Stop worrying and being anxious. Get rid of your irritations during exams. Gain strength and courage. Restore confidence and concentration. Get clarity of mind and calm the nerves. You got this, you put in the work. Feel the excitement building in your heart. That is a sign you are on the right path. This is the right choice for you. BELIEVE!! I wish you all the best of luck, remember to take a break to breath and relax. As Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner in Cork. How to Help Children with Anxiety Using Bach Flower Remedies

Posted on 28 April, 2019 at 7:00 Comments comments (1480)
Emotional meltdowns and tantrums are not the only big emotions and situations children deal with daily. Kids deal with fears (large and small), self-esteem issues, worries, sadness, social anxieties, impatience discouragement and many others. There are several ways to help a child with understanding and coping with their emotions. Parent knowledge and patience is by far the most helpful in providing a secure relationship that kids know is positive and reassuring in times of stress. Diet and exercise have all proven to be helpful in keeping children active and can also help regulate the childs emotions. Some children who are prone to emotional negativity may struggle more so than their peers with stress and other external triggers that cause the child to experience an increase of negative emotions. Because each child is unique and different, I often use many different blends for certain problems children face. Its important to assess each child individually to establish the best selection for their specific needs. One such remedy for children who struggle with negative emotions and controlling them is the Bach flower remedy system. Children with Emotional Issues: How can Bach Flowers help? What are the Bach flower remedies? Bach flower remedies are a series of blends from different wild flowers that are safe and natural. Children can ingest the blend, as well as adults and pets. The Bach flower blends were discovered by Dr. Bach in the 1920sand1930s. Dr. Bach was a well-known physician, bacteriologist and pathologist in London who decided to take a more homeopathic journey to heal patients. He discovered 38 remedies in all that each take on a healing emphasis of a certain emotional state for example, anxiety or anger. He found that a patients moods and severe emotions would improve when taking his blend. Bach flower remedies are used for a variety of issues, including fear, anger, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, trauma. There is no harm or other issues associated with Taking the Bach flower remedies. How Bach Remedies Can Help Calm Anxiety

Posted on 16 April, 2019 at 7:45 Comments comments (252)
BACH FLOWER REMEDY: A Natural Solution to Calm Anxious Kids, Negative Emotions Jul 28, 2017 (ref Integrated Learning Strategies) This article provides helpful information about the Bach Flower remedy to help a child mend from emotional issues, anxiety, anger and big emotions. Affiliated links are included for your convenience. The Bach Method is not a health care provider and does not provide a diagnosis or treatment of a specific physical challenge you may see in your child. The Bach flower remedies can be helpful with emotional negativity related to pain and suffering. The Bach system does not work on the physical element and should not take the place of any other pain management medicine prescribed by a doctor. Adults have complex emotions that we try to manage daily. It is no wonder that children have big emotions too. Consequently, from time to time, kids do not know how to handle their current mental state. I am still amazed at the random events that trigger meltdowns and tantrums. Such small things can elicit strong emotional reactions from tiny, little humans. Dealing with kids tantrums and meltdowns are some of parentings most frustrating challenges. There are bigger issues,do not get me wrong, but in the moment, emotions can run high for parents as well. We must put on our own oxygen mask and gear up to be the one who remains calm and patient. Parents and caregivers must be the individuals that allow the child to pass through the trauma knowing he or she has a safe space. Some children experience certain emotional struggles more often and more intensely than others. Parents find that methods that are normally effective in dealing with a childs natural expressions or frustrations dont work in intense meltdowns or tantrums. During these situations, many parents express how difficult is it to get through to their child to help them cope with these big emotions. For some children with emotional issues, Bach flower remedy blends can begin to gently restore the balance between the mind and body by dispersing negative emotions like anger, fear, hate, and anxiety, which interfere with the equilibrium of the childs body as a whole. Something is typically off balance in the child if major emotional meltdowns occur frequently.
